Brandy grew up in Red Lion, PA, a small farming community. Her mother was an artist and a published poet, fostering a creative environment for Brandy from a young age. Her love of writing became apparent when she got caught writing stories in her notebook during Algebra class instead of paying attention to the actual lesson. Her mom wasn’t even mad.

It only grew from there. She and her friends started writing collaboratively by sharing notebooks, authoring and co-authoring stories entirely on paper. These days she primarily writes on a word processor but that love of paper never faded; she has an extensive collection of physical books.

Outside of writing, Brandy loves spending time with her partners and her friends, relaxing with pleasant conversation, video games, reading her extensive collection of hardcover and paperback books, TV and movies.
